Cycling fanatics Bikestyle asked us to create a new hub for riders on an island renowned for international-level racers.

The Market Hall in Douglas – the capital of the Isle of Man – has a century of history as a centre for commerce and community. Bikestyle had a vision to bring the Victorian building back to its former glory, so commissioned us to create an event space with bike workshop, retail, and physiotherapy.

We included space for a cafe too, now run by Noa Bakehouse, with a wood-fired pizza oven as a centrepiece made of local, sustainably sourced timber.
