We have designed Canyon's first local service centre, a space dedicated to tailored, functional service, that facilitates customers' ongoing relationships with their bikes.

Located in Eindhoven, the layout of the new service centre works to provide a seamlessly slick service experience, presenting Canyon as a true pioneer in their field of innovating the world of cycling. Our design team strategically mapped out every inch of the space, maximising fluid transitions between service offerings. The design team also worked closely with Canyon to evaluate current and future use cases and how the centre could evolve over time. The result is a functional, yet forward-thinking, destination where Canyon's dedication to innovation shines.

From the customer journey to behind-the-scenes operations, the centre's design puts relationships first - between rider and bike, client and brand - creating an intentional, one-of-a-kind service. A cohesive design language has been used in the centre that illustrates a new direction for the brand through the use of materials; blackened and stainless steel, oak, and backlit polycarbonate offer a clean, identifiable aesthetic for the centre.
