We worked with Hoxton hotel group to design and deliver social areas, arrival spaces and bedroom designs, implementing them in both Shoreditch and Holborn.

The Shoreditch site had over 200 rooms and there are 174 in the Holborn building which was a part listed and part modernist building, creating challenges in the masterplan. Our work was to embody the spirit of the brand and create affordable luxury.

Our bespoke rooms focused on cleverly designed space-saving furniture, manufactured with our partners in Portugal. The furniture materials, details and styling create a luxurious feel while remaining economical.
